Article Written: 5th August 2015

Details

Bread Plates were made between 1845 and the start of the Second World War. They represent a long forgotten history before sliced bread.
Gathered over 40 years by Margaret Adams, this collection illustrates the social and manufacturing history of Staffordshire, along with the history of Great Britain and Europe.
